The company was founded in 2006 by Col. (Res.) Eng. Moshe Benjo.

Moshe is a graduate of civil engineering from Technion institute in Haifa since 1987 and has Bachelor's and master's degrees with high honors.

From 1988 to 2005 Moshe performed all the roles in construction and housing center of the IDF, including making a wide role in the construction of the IDF – project management at all levels and in a variety of areas, including leading projects for U.S.A Engineering Corps in the State of Israel.

As well as making sensitive and complex to be commanding positions from command of a unit change of command several hundred people, and managing all the engineers and the doctrine of military construction.

Most recently in the military (Col.), served as the head of the IDF's Housing projects Manager and within this body, leader of the largest initiatives conducted in the State of Israel, in residential construction.

This unite, was responsible for the construction of residential projects for servants and security communities, workers throughout the country, consisting of approximately 1 Billion NIS main projects have been established all over the country. This activity was characterized by a systemic and integrative operation and in cooperation with the widest variety of factors of construction, government ministries, local authorities, the banking system (banks and mortgage banks), the IDF and Ministry Of Defense.

Moshe has various experienced and entrepreneurial in the construction industry:

Detecting and identifying business opportunities in the field. Analysis of economic feasibility and practicability of projects.

The multi-disciplinary marketing plans. Advertising campaigns, identifying potential markets, customer recruitment and customer support throughout the project life. Treating all legal activities – the statutory activities.

Formulation of agreements and contracts with design firms, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and developers.

Supporting the process of establishing the project until delivery.

 

From late 2006 to early 2012 won the "mega project", first of its kind in the State of Israel - The Jerusalem light rail.

Moshe served as Executive Director of light rail construction on behalf of Ashtrom Company and within this framework:

Design and construct a 2.2 billion NIS D.B.O.T project. Within a complicated and sensitive city – Jerusalem.

Handling the integration of business, engineering, operational, legal and complex project and sensitive management system interfaces with all partners Contracting (E.P.C) and participation in the concessionaire (S.P.C).

Management system interfaces with all municipal and governmental systems in the field of civil engineering.

R & d management system across all business contractors and suppliers on the project management team and consists of planning, execution, and procurement in the field.

One year after starting the Jerusalem light rail drove more than 140,000 passengers - 40 percent more than the planned business model, 14 km from the town have been upgraded and real prices along railway route were between 15-25% and of course all downtown (Street) became an attractive area to residents and tourists.

 

From February 2012 the company is active in the field of consulting and developing infrastructure projects in the State of Israel and all over the world, as well as developing Real Estate Projects and Projects Management in Israel.

 

From Feb 2018 Moshe was nominated as Gadish Group Engineering & Management CEO.
